▷ The artist can refuse any work that makes him uncomfortable;
▷ Take the opportunity to ask any questions you may have before placing your order;
▷ All artwork is done exclusively with the artist's drawing style, shown both in the portfolio and in the price list;
▷ Delivery time should be discussed after placing the order, as it varies according to the complexity of the artwork;
▷ If you have made an estimate and the amount has exceeded your budget, let the artist know that you will not proceed with the purchase!

▷ Payment is made via PayPal or Pix;
▷ To avoid scams, payment must be made 100% after the artist has confirmed acceptance of the work and the client has agreed to the artwork budget and terms;
▷ There is only a refund if the artist is unable to complete the artwork; ↳ 🐙 How to order
▷ Quotes can be made via direct! The order itself should follow the outline in the next topic;
▷ Send me an e-mail ([email protected]) with the subject “commission request” and enter the following information:
- Social media username (instagram or tumblr);
- Confirm that you have carefully read all the topics in the terms:
__ex: I, [your name/username], certify that I have read, understood and accepted your terms of service and affirm that the commission I am purchasing is 100% voluntary, I am of legal age and/or I have my parents' permission to purchase it. I also promise not to ask for a refund once the artwork is ready.
- PayPal address (if this is your payment method);
- Proof of transfer;
- Type of art you want;
- Description of your idea;
- Indicate the dimensions of the canvas you need;
- Attachment with images for clear reference;
- Background (transparent Png or the original background of the design);

▷ I will not accept AI-generated references!
▷ Use and abuse example photos or illustrations, send separate outfits, accessories or features you'd like your design to have;
▷ If you don't have a basic illustration of the character, create a pic of your choice so that the artist has a good idea of what you want;
▷ I accept detailed descriptions;
▷ If the buyer doesn't specify the pose, expression or anything else, the artist can take artistic liberty. ↳ 🐙 Order processes
▷ The artist will eventually send sketches, early line art, base colors and so on for approval throughout the art process;
▷ All images are sent in low quality and watermarked by the artist;
▷ No step in the process should be posted by the buyer. ↳ 🐙 Copyright
▷ The artist owns all rights to the artwork itself;
▷ All commissioned art can be uploaded to the artist's social media, online galleries and portfolio. As well as images of the artwork in progress;
▷ The artist can resell (YCH) or make personal use of sketches from rejected commissions;
▷ The artist does not allow the modification of their art by third parties (tracing or coloring for example), nor the removal of their signature\watermark, nor the use of them to feed AI, NFT or to have the art resold;
▷ Credit the artist every time you post or use the artwork;
▷ Do not take design or adopt customizations as your own, credit the artist! ↳ 🐙 Buyer's rights ▷ The buyer can use the artwork in posts on their private accounts, use as a wall/avatar on non-profit sites (Deviantart, Toyhouse, Twitter, Instagram, etc);
▷ The buyer has the right to crop the ordered artwork as they wish (e.g. for avatar/banner purposes) or add text to it;
▷ The buyer is allowed to make non-commercial prints of the commissioned artwork. ↳ 🐙 Custom designs and Adopt ▷ Don't take the creative process or the characterization of the custom or adopt character as your own! Credit the artist!
▷ Do not misuse the purchased character!
▷ Do not modify designs to the point of making them unrecognizable;
▷ The buyer is free to donate, gift or exchange their customizations or adoptions!
▷ Nominations! Feel free to give more depth to your new characters! ↳ 🐙Commercial use ▷ Any use that can generate income, or that solicits customers, or that directly or indirectly has to do with financial gain, such as using the art for your brand (marketing materials, commercial purposes, etc.) or social media platforms that are able to make a profit (Twitch/Youtube/etc) - Please note that commissions for VTuber characters count as commercial use if my work is used as a streaming asset or to market in any way - An additional fee is charged that doubles the order value. ▷ Priority commission: You can ask for a priority commission when you want to skip the waiting list and have commissions made within a timeframe. The priority fee is 70% of the base amount!
▷ Secrecy: The buyer may not allow the artwork to be posted on the artist's networks, but must pay an additional fee of up to 20% of the base price. However, the artwork can still be found in the artist's portfolio.
▷ Post-draft changes: Changes after the draft has been approved will incur an additional fee of 20% per change;
